Bejan HML LLC offers the possibility of returning products for customers who notify their intention their intent within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the parcel.
These can only be returned in the same condition in which they were received, preferably in their original packaging, without penalties and without giving any reason. The return of products will be made at the customer’s expense, using the same transport service used for shipping.
The value of the products will be refunded within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. The amounts refunded to the customer will strictly represent the value of the products ordered, excluding shipping and reimbursement fees, and will be transferred to a bank account specified by the customer.
